Located in the Aquarian Baths on the upper level  is the Cambridge Beaches fitness centre, open to all guests 16 years of age or older.  The equipment includes treadmills, a stepper, ellipticals, recumbent bicycle and Cybex fixed and free weights.

Just outside the centre you'll find a roman-style relaxation pool a "Swimex" lap pool, and private whirlpool bath.

The Exprience Suites include an Aroma Steam Room, Crystal Mist Room, Herbal Sauna & Experience Shower. For hotel guests having a spa treatment of 50 minutes or more the suites are available for use complimentary the day of.

Spa Passes are available for non-usage spa guests for $25 per day or $40 for 2 days.
