Rate Inclusions (10 room minimum):
The quote rate above is based on single/double occupancy; 10 room minimum; 3 night minimum and is available for November 1, 2015 – April 30, 2016 & November 1, 2016 – April, 30, 2017, travel window, and is quoted in USD. The rate increases to $500 per night for the months of May, September and October. The nightly rate does not include nightly room taxes and service charges. Extra person rates can be quoted. This package does not include additional meeting requirements, F&B events and organized tours or dining, however all can be arranged and quoted. Additional Group golf can be arranged at other golf courses in Bermuda, costs are additional. This offer is based on availability, seasonal surcharges and black-out dates may apply.

Executive Boardroom: 880 sq feet - Traditional Boardroom set-up, with screen and LCD projector, wireless internet.
Tamarisk Room: 3,221 sq feet - Our dining room can be transformed into a convention room with one dividing wall. This room has large window facing Mangrove Bay. Food and Beverage service can be served for the group inside this room or on the terrace outside. This room can be used for inclement weather indoor back-up space for larger evening functions that are outside.
Port of Call: 831 sq feet lower area; 456 sq ft upper area - This room is our Pub, however it can be turned into a lovely meeting room for smaller groups or breakout rooms. This room has large windows of Mangrove Bay and it very own terrace for breakfast or lunch service. This room can also be used as an indoor back-up space for evening functions that are outside. The décor is historic with working fireplaces, not your traditional boring convention room.
Mangrove Bay Extension: 1603 sq feet - This room is located off our main lobby. This room is over 300 years old! This room has large windows looking out on to Mangrove Bay. Groups can stare outside at the boats…very calming views. This room can be used for a small group for meetings, or a breakout room. Or we can use this room for a very special private dinner.
Windswept & Pegem Cottages: Our signature cottages can be used for group breakout rooms or as hospitality suites.
Aquarian Baths: This is our indoor pool solarium with a retractable roof. A gorgeous setting and a great idea for a girlfriend spa party!
We have many outdoor locations to choose from! Have a beach BBQ at our restarant Breezes and Long Bay, or something more private a special event on Turtle Cove. We have our pool terrace – a perfect location for larger formal events!
