Front Office
Our busy Front Desk Receptionists need new team members. Our Front Desk handles everything from Cashiering to Social Activities. We are looking for bright, dynamic and energized individuals who operate well under pressure and who have excellent people skills, either for a full year contract or on a seasonal basis - our season is May through October. Spa Supervisor

Do you fit our vision?

The ideal candidate should have passion, flair and creativity with the aptitude to think beyond traditional Spa operations. A minimum of 5 years within the Spa environment required, three of which on a supervisory level. The Spa Supervisor, under the direction of the Assistant Spa Director, will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Spa including but not limited to: scheduling staff; processing payroll; Spa management and maintenance; supervising the staff in each area of the Spa; ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction are attained; using the ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations. Candidates must possess recognized Beauty Therapy qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ3, CIDESCO etc or equivalent) as this position will involve hands-on therapy. Shift work and flexibility is required as this position does involve weekends and public holidays.
