Bermuda Travel Information: Airport Transfers

Bermuda law prohibits hotels from picking up and dropping off their guests at Bermuda’s International Airport. The best way to get to/from Cambridge Beaches/Bermuda Airport is via taxi or a shuttle van service. Once you’ve cleared Bermuda Immigration, collected your luggage and passed through Bermuda Customs, you’ll exit the airport terminal and enter the ground transportation area.

The following are your best transfer options:

  1. C.E.O. Transport Shuttle Van Service
C.E.O. Transport Ltd. provides a shuttle service to and from the airport and Cambridge Beaches at the low cost of $20 per person each way. Your wait time at Bermuda’s airport will be minimal since the only other individuals that might be riding with you are guests that might have flown in on the same flight. There will be one stop max. to/from Cambridge Beaches/Bermuda Airport. Click here for a direct link to C.E.O. Transport’s user friendly website (www.limobermuda.com), where you can pre-arrange your transfers to/from Cambridge Beaches. Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted.

For parties of more than 2 persons, C.E.O. Transport offers the following one-way “group rates”: Three to six people - $45 per ride (not per person); seven to twelve people - $70 per ride (not per person). When setting up your group’s airport transfers, please email C.E.O. Transport directly at info@limobermuda.com with your request rather than trying to use their on-line link. Currently, their on-line link is set up to handle individuals and couples only at the $20 per person, each way rate.

  2. Taxi
The Bermuda airport has a first-in-line policy with regards to taxis that are available to transport you to Cambridge Beaches. If you’d like to go by taxi, simply take the first available taxi in line. From Monday through Saturday (6am – 10pm), the approximate one-way taxi fare to/from the airport and Cambridge Beaches is $60 for up to four people. It is approximately $70 one-way for five or six people in a taxi.

Alternatively, our resort’s Guest Reception Staff would be happy to assist in organizing your transfer by taxi. Please forward your flight details to fo@cambeach.bm.

By law, taxis are only able to carry a maximum of six people at one time. On Sundays, public holidays and late nights/early mornings (after 10pm and before 6am), an approximate 20% premium is added to the regular taxi rates.

For reference purposes, the ride to/from Bermuda’s airport is approximately 45 minutes.

Children should always be under the supervision of their parents!  We ask all our guests to be courteous with regard to the experience all hope to enjoy while visiting the resort.
