Meeting Space
Executive Boardroom comfortably accommodates 24 people (880 square feet).
The Tamarisk Room can be partitioned to accommodate meeting space for 40-100 people depending on set-up or used as function space for up to 160 persons. (1,010 square feet)
Private cocktail receptions and dinner can be held on property:
- Beachfront at Breezes, our outdoor bistro with incredible sunsets nightly.
- Around our new $2.5 million outdoor pool with waterfalls and intertwined terraced seating areas overlooking Mangrove Bay.
- In our Tamarisk Dining room
- In the gardens surrounding our 300-year-old house ‘Pegem’ offering lovely views of Mangrove Bay. (Outdoor Terrace is 375 square feet.)
- Inside or outside our other historical home ‘Windswept’, which sits on a bluff, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic and Mangrove Bay. (437 square feet)
- In the breathtaking Aquarian Baths solarium (1,000 square feet)
Special Events Off-Property
We often create special off-property events for our groups and frequently utilise the facilities at The Bermuda Maritime Museum, located within the high ramparts of The Keep, a six acre fort at the old Royal Naval Dockyard, which is only minutes from Cambridge Beaches.
One of the most private and historically spectacular sites in Bermuda, The Keep Yard is available for private functions of up to 800 under canvas and several of the buildings can be used for parties of up to 100.
The Commissioner’s House, recently restored, has five dining rooms on its top floor, all decorated in historical memorabilia with mahogany furniture throughout. Other reception rooms, a serving kitchen, elevator, ample restrooms and verandahs offer wonderful accommodation for parties of up to 120 persons.
The Royal Bermuda Yacht Club, The Bermuda Aquarium and other notable locations have also been the setting for special functions catered by Cambridge Beaches.
And of course, many of our groups often choose an evening dinner cruise, departing from Cambridge’s private dock to enjoy the beautiful harbors and waterways which surround the inner islands. Whatever the plan, we handle every detail from start to finish.
