A variety of musical entertainment is offered nightly from April to October.
The Tamarisk Room offers an ever-changing dinner menu, five-course culinary masterpieces, and a magnificent wine cellar with vintage selections to pair with every course. Our Executive Chef Harald Klement uses only the freshest ingredients, from seafood just off the dock, to local fruits and vegetables, to herbs from the Cambridge Beaches garden.
Dress:
Although jacket and ties are now optional, we ask that your attire remain in good taste. Enclosed shoes and a button-up collared shirt are required for men. Jeans are not permitted. You will often see traditional Bermuda attire including Bermuda shorts, jacket, collared shirt and long socks. Gentlemen are asked not to wear open toed sandals or sneakers.
