Restore your inner balance with a yoga session. Rediscover the lightness of being. Enrich your life through the power of total wellness. The Ocean Spa at Cambridge Beaches offers a variety of treatments for your health, from Massage Therapy to a workout-ready fitness center. The Aquarian Baths features a roman-style relaxation pool with retractable sunroof, a “Swimex” lap pool, whirlpool, fitness center and The Experience Suites which feature Aroma Steam Room, Crystal Mist Room, Experience Shower and Herbal Sauna. Our fitness center features treadmills, ellipticals, a stepper, a recumbent bicycle and free weights.

Our 80 minute Yoga classes are offered twice a week on Fridays at 4.30pm & Sundays at 9.00am, priced at $10 per person for our in-house guests. We recommend our guests to sign-up prior with our Guest Reception team. Guests should meet our Yoga teacher, Bianca, at the Ocean Spa reception approximately 10 minutes before the class.

A second Herbal Sauna is located downstairs in The Ocean Spa and is complimentary for our hotel guests.

*Open to all guests 16 and older. Spa Passes are available for non-usage spa guests for $15 per day.
