Savour moments together inside by candlelight or under the stars, bayside on the terrace. The Tamarisk Room offers an ever-changing dinner menu, four-course culinary masterpieces and a magnificent wine cellar with vintage selections to pair with every course. Our executive chef and his international brigade use only the freshest ingredients, from seafood just off the dock, to local fruits and vegetables to herbs from the Cambridge Beaches garden. Although jacket and ties are now optional, we ask that your attire be “Elegant Casual”, and so no cut-off pants, no causal jeans, no sleeveless tee shirts and/or tee shirts with writing/slogans, no swim suits and no flip flops are permitted. You will often see traditional Bermuda attire, including Bermuda shorts, jacket, collared shirt and long socks.
