Forms of payment
Cambridge Beaches accepts American Express, MasterCard or Visa for resort reservations.

Deposits
A two-night deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your stay. For packages, 50% of the total is required at the time of reservation. If you make your reservation online through this website, within 24 hours, that amount will be charged to the credit card information you provide.

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy varies from season to season. Look at the dates below to see how many days in advance you need to notify us. If you cancel ahead of the notification window, there is a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel within the cancellation window, your 2-night deposit is non-refundable.

With all that is going on in the world today, we recommend -- like everyone else in the industry -- that you purchase travel insurance in the event of an unexpected change in plans.
 

  • January 1 to May 14: 14 day cancellation notice required
  • May 15 to September 8: 21 day cancellation notice required
  • September 9 to December 31: 14 day cancellation notice required


Children's Policy
Cambridge Beaches has instituted a new minimum age where children 16 and up are welcome year-round while children ages 5 to 15 are permitted during the following periods:
 

  • November 1, 2009 -January 15, 2010
  • March 28-April 10, 2010
  • August 21 to September 6, 2010
  • November 1, 2010 -January 15, 2011
