The pop-up dining option features a new and unique menu curated by Executive Chef Keith De Shields highlighted by authentic Bermudian fare and local ingredients. Start with Smoked Wahoo Belly or Lobster Carpaccio, enjoy a main course of Whole Reef Fish baked for two with Bermuda Orange Butter Sauce, or try Lobster Tail Wrapped in Pork Belly with a sweet Bermuda Peach and Saffron compote. And save room for dessert including Goslings Rum Baba and Stout Spiced Cake with Brown Butter Ice Cream.

Once a month, under the Cambridge moon, from May to October, Chef Keith De Shields guides us on a 6 course wine and culinary adventure. The next stop is the Strawberry Moon, where the menu captures the fresh fruity flavours of the wines, which are paired perfectly with the dishes.
