Plan Your Stay

  • Cancellation Policy for Rooms, Suites, and Cottages

    For reservations made directly with the resort, the cancellation policy varies by season. See details below:

    • April – October : Reservations must be cancelled outside fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
    • November – March : Reservations must be cancelled outside seven (7) days prior to arrival.

    Reservations cancelled outside the above dates will receive a full deposit refund; if cancelled within the cancellation dates the deposit will be forfeited.

    Day of arrival, missed nights and early departures will be charged in full.

    Date Modifications within Cancellation Policy Period: Reservations dates changed within the cancellation policy dates above to new dates outside the cancellation policy will result in deposit becoming NON-REFUNDABLE if new dates are cancelled at any time. Non-refundable deposit can be used towards a future stay within one year of original date change and is non-transferable to a separate reservation.

  • Cancellation Policy for Residences

    For reservations made for one of our Residences, cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited as a penalty. Missed nights and early departures will be charged in full.

    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations. Cambridge Beaches cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to family emergencies, health-related issues, airline changes, or weather conditions.

  • Hurricane & Tropical Storm Policies

    The Atlantic Hurricane Season is from June 1 to November 30. While there are an average of 15 named storms each season, Bermuda is fortunate with an annual average of only two storms making a close approach and/or impacting the island. Due to the low frequency of events, and to make our guests feel at ease, Cambridge Beaches has the following Hurricane/Tropical Storm Policy:

    • If your flight is canceled due to a named Hurricane or Tropical Storm passing or directly impacting Bermuda, and you are not able to fly into the island, you may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your deposit.
    • If your flight is still arriving in Bermuda, and you personally wish not to fly or visit Bermuda due to a named Hurricane or Tropical Storm in the Atlantic Ocean, you may move your travel dates and deposit to new dates. However, as you are modifying your arrival date within our cancellation policy your deposit will become non-refundable.
    • If a guest’s departure date from Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa is during a Hurricane/Tropical Storm, and flights are cancelled making it impossible for guests to depart Bermuda, Cambridge Beaches will help assist booking any additional nights needed, until flights are back up and flying.

  • Check-In Time

    Check in time is 3 pm. To prepare for your arrival, please email your arrival flight details to our Front Desk Team at frontdesk@cambridgebeaches.com; they can also assist in arranging your airport transportation.

  • Check-Out Time

    Check-out time is 11 am. Please note late check-outs are based on availability and fees may apply.

  • Restaurant Reservations

    Dinner reservations are required at Breezes and Sunken Harbor Club. You can make reservations by emailing restaurantreservations@cambridgebeaches.com or online via OpenTable.
