Our festive brunch buffet brings together holiday favourites and globally inspired dishes, thoughtfully crafted by Chef Wambui to delight every palate. Enjoy a lavish selection of brunch classics, fresh seafood, carving stations, and decadent desserts, with vegetarian and plant-based options available.

  • Brunch Only - $85* per person
  • Brunch with Prosecco - $115* per person
  • Brunch with G.H. Mumm, including endless Prosecco & Champagne for 2 hours - $125 per person
