- Hear from Andrew Holmes, Brand Director at Goslings Rum, as he and St. John recount the fascinating journey of how this one-of-a-kind Navy Strength Rum came to life—a story of transatlantic collaboration, creativity, and craftsmanship.
- Taste an exclusive flight of limited-edition cocktails, brought directly from Sunken Harbor Club New York to Bermuda for a limited time.
The tasting flight includes:
- Cane Pillar – SHC Navy Strength Rum, acidified orange, SHC coconut cream, pineapple. A tropical classic inspired by the Painkiller, first crafted at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the BVI.
- Navy Grog – SHC Navy Strength Rum, acidified grapefruit, lime, bitters, and cola spices. A favorite from mid-century tiki bars like Don the Beachcomber and Trader Vic’s.
- High Seas Old-Fashioned – SHC Navy Strength Rum, bitters, lime twist. A simple yet bold old-fashioned designed to showcase the Navy Strength Rum at its best.
