How do I make a restaurant reservation?
Reservations are required for all dining outlets. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make your dining reservations.
Where is breakfast served?
We offer breakfast in Port O’ Call Tavern. Breakfast is served from 8 - 10am. We offer a full breakfast a la carte (from a menu). Room service also offers breakfast; there is a $7.50 delivery fee.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
We offer a Bed and Breakfast Offer with breakfast included in the rate. For all other rates and offers, a breakfast plan may be added. Please visit our Dining Section for meal plan offerings.
What is your cancellation policy and how can I cancel my stay?
For reservations made directly with the resort, the cancellation policy is seven (7) days. If you cancel at least seven (7) days prior to arrival we will refund the two (2) night deposit. If you cancel within seven (7) days of arrival the two (2) night deposit will be forfeited. If you booked your stay on our booking engine, please go back by pressing the book now button and at the top of the booking engine you will see “Find Reservation”. Put in your confirmation and may cancel or modify your stay. Alternatively, please contact our reservations department at email@example.com. If you are booking through a 3rd party provider (e.g. Expedia), all modifications and cancellations must be made directly with the 3rd party provider.
Check In Time?
Check in time is 3 pm. If you are arriving in the evening, please let us know your arrival time and your flight status (if your flight times have changed) by emailing our front office at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can prepare for your arrival.

Do you allow children?
We welcome guests of all ages.
Do you offer kids camps or baby-sitting services?
No, kids camps and baby sitting services are not available through the resort.

Do you have golf on property?
The nearest golf course is the Port Royal Golf Course. This par 72 course is the home of the Bermuda Championship (PGA Fed Ex Cup event) which is held every October. The course is located 10 minutes away and Cambridge Beaches has negotiated green fees. Tee times can be booked 48 hours in advance and our concierge can assist with booking. Where is the property located?
Cambridge Beaches resides on the West End of Bermuda, within walking distance to the village of Somerset. The resort is situated flawlessly on a 30-acre peninsula, encircled by panoramic views of the surrounding coastline and several private beaches, yet still in close proximity to the Royal Naval Dockyard where a quick ferry ride awaits to Bermuda’s capital, the City of Hamilton. Located 17 miles, approx. 50 minutes, away from the L.F. Wade International Airport, the hotel can arrange airport taxi transfers as this is the best and fastest means of transportation from the airport to the hotel. While on property, guests can rent mopeds and bicycles or partake in the public transportation system (buses and ferries). Taxis are also available at the hotel through the Front Desk.
I need to change my dates. How do I do this?
If you booked your stay on our booking engine, please go back by pressing the book now button and click “Find Reservation” at the top of the screen. Enter your confirmation and you may continue to modify your stay. Alternatively, please contact our reservations department at email@example.com. If you booked through a 3rd party provider (e.g. Expedia), all modifications and cancellations must be made with the 3rd party provider.
Are you an All Inclusive Resort?
We are not an all-inclusive resort; however we offer an all-inclusive meal plan. Information on our meal plans may be found on our website under Dining.

How many pools do you have?
Cambridge Beaches has two main pools, one indoor and one outdoor pool. The indoor pool is heated. Cambridge Beaches also has 3 cottages that feature private heated plunge pools.
Do you provide airport transfers?
The only way to get to the resort from the airport is via taxi or limousine. The property can arrange to have a dedicated taxi or limousine waiting at the airport on arrival. The driver will be waiting for you with your name posted on a sign in the arrivals hall. The cost for the taxi is based on the meter and is approximately $70 plus tip each way. The taxi driver must be paid directly in cash (most do not accept credit cards). Limo service prices start at $175 each way. All arrangements can be made my emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your arrival and departure times, flight numbers and which option you are interested in.
Is WIFI available?
We offer complimentary WIFI and access to Press Reader throughout the property.
How can I book a moped or electric vehicle?
We recommend that you book your electric vehicle before arrival, as this mode of transportation is very popular. Please visit www.oleandercycles.bm to rent your vehicle.
Do you have charging ports for the electric vehicle and is there a fee?
We do have charging ports for all rentable electric vehicle models currently being offered in Bermuda. Complimentary charging is available to resort guests.
What is the general dress code?
For men: Shorts, slacks or jeans paired with a T-shirt, polo or collared shirt. Close-toed or open-toed shoes.
For women: A blouse or T-shirt with shorts, pants, jeans or a skirt. Casual dresses or sundresses are popular options too. Close-toed or open-toed shoes.
Swimwear in Restaurants and Lobby: Bathing suits to be covered up with a wrap or similar. T-shirts and shoes to be worn.
Is Cambridge Beaches Accessible?
Unfortunately, no. The resort is not accessible to the mobile and visually impaired. If guests have physical disabilities, please contact the resort directly and we will try to assign a room that has very few steps. Additionally, our guest ambassadors can pick you guests up in one of our golf carts to transport you to the beach or main house. Please contact the front office once you are ready for your pickup; we request at least 30-minute notice in advance of preferred pick-up time.

How many beaches do you have on property?
We have 4 beaches on property that are accessible via land. Additionally, we have private coves and islands that can be accessed via rented boat, kayaks, sailboats, and paddle boards, all of which we offer for rent on property. Our main beach is Long Bay, which is serviced by Breezes Restaurant (seasonally). Morning Beach is our pool beach and it is serviced by Shutters Restaurant (seasonally). Turtle Cove and Pegem beaches are not serviced, but offer privacy and exclusivity.
Do you have a fitness center?
Yes, the fitness center is a part of the Ocean Spa facilities. They have a small cardio and weight room. Use of the fitness center is complimentary for resort guests.
Do you offer laundry services?
We do have laundry and dry-cleaning services available. Pricing is available in your room closet.
Do you have a lifeguard on duty?
Our pools and beaches are not supervised with lifeguards. However, all our staff working in these areas are fully CPR trained.
I cannot book as it states there are no rooms available, what can I do?

Do you offer gift vouchers?
We do offer hotel gift vouchers and spa vouchers. For resort gift vouchers (which can be resort stays or restaurant vouchers) please contact email@example.com. For spa vouchers please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
I would like to book a group, what is your group policy?
Yes, we do accept group bookings. To be eligible for a group rate a 10 room and 3 night minimum stay is required. For a group room rate please email email@example.com. For wedding groups, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer Long Term Rentals?

What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept cash or travelers’ checks. In Bermuda, we accept USD and BMD dollars at equal value.
Can I make a special request for my booking?
We do accept special requests. We cannot guarantee special request, but will do our best accommodate your needs.
Do you offer family cottages or room combinations?
We offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom cottages for travelling families that wish to stay together. Please contact the resort directly for availability by emailing email@example.com.
What is the minimum age for check-in?
18 years is the minimum age a guest may stay in a room unaccompanied. For families, unless the child is 18 an over, a connecting room is mandatory.
Can you cater to dietary restrictions?
We cater to different dietary needs. When making your reservations (either room booking or when you are on property and make your dinner reservation) please let us know so that we can make preparations. Please note we cannot offer kosher or halal options.
Do you offer kid friendly menus?
Yes, we offer a kid’s menu. To see this menu please visit our Breezes Restaurant, under the dining section.
Do any of your cottages have kitchens?
Our 2 Bedroom Water View Cottage features a kitchen. All of our rooms have a mini refrigerator (which the resort can stock on your behalf), a toaster, and Keurig coffee and tea maker. Microwaves are available for long-term stay guests only.
Do you have room service?
We do offer room service. The menu for room service is located in your hotel room directory. Please call extension 279 once you are ready to order. There is a $5.00 delivery fee, with the exception of breakfast where the delivery fee is $7.50.

Can you store my luggage?
Yes, we can store you luggage and this can be arranged by the front office.

Is car rental available in Bermuda?
In Bermuda we do not rent cars; however, we do have the next best thing, mini electric vehicles. To find out more please visit www.oleandercycles.bm. These modes of transportation are the safest means of navigating Bermuda's roads. Vehicles are very popular and we recommend reservations before arrival.
Is public transportation available nearby?
The modes of public transportation are buses and ferries. Bus stops are located approximately 5 minutes (away) outside of the resort. The closest ferry terminal is in Dockyard which is 5-10 minutes from the property. Cambridge Beaches offers a complimentary shuttle service (July - October) to the ferry terminal in Dockyard.
How do I order a taxi?
We regularly have taxis waiting outside our main entrance; however, it is best to reserve a taxi. To reserve a taxi, contact our front office at ext. 0.

What is the hotel voltage, and do you offer adapters?
Bermuda's power voltage is 120v. We have a limited supply of adapters; therefore, it is suggested to bring one from home.
Is it safe to drink the tap water?
Our tap water is safe to drink, however if you wish to purchase bottled water, it is available in our gift shop, via room service or at the supermarket nearby.
Do you offer Day Passes?
We do offer day passes; however, it will require you to rent a room. Please inquire with our reservations department and ask for the Cruise in Rate. Outside guests may also visit our restaurants and spa.
Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets.
What is the resort’s smoking policy?
This is a non-smoking resort. Bermuda law does not allow smoking in public areas.
Do you offer cribs, highchairs, and strollers?
Cambridge Beaches can offer cribs and cots. Highchairs are available at the restaurants. If you require strollers, car seats, there is an online service that rents these items.
