This package is based on a three-night stay from October 9–12. Guests wishing to extend their stay may do so for up to three nights pre- or post-package, subject to availability and prevailing rates. Extension requests should be directed to reservations@cambridgebeaches.com. Package rates include nightly taxes of 21.75% and a daily service fee of $11.25 per person, per night. The daily service fee covers gratuities for housekeeping, bell services, and guest concierge. The offer is valid for Garden View Rooms, Water View Rooms, Deluxe Water View Rooms, and One-Bedroom Water View Suites. Daily breakfast is included for registered in-house package guests and may be enjoyed at Shoreline Restaurant. Breakfast is based on an à la carte breakfast allowance. Room service is not included as part of the breakfast offering, and any charges above the included breakfast allowance may be billed separately. Package inclusions are limited to the items specifically listed in the package and are valid only during the package dates. Inclusions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for other resort services, credits, or future stays. Missed or unused package inclusions are non-refundable. The package includes one welcome beverage during the scheduled group dinner experience. Additional beverages will be available on consumption and may be charged to the guest’s room or settled directly by the guest. The package includes one BBQ dinner experience at Cambridge Beaches. The BBQ dinner includes the listed food offering and one included beverage per person, unless otherwise noted. A cash bar will be available for any additional beverages. The package includes a two-hour Wyuna Catamaran experience with light bites and a boat bar allowance. Additional beverages, specialty requests, or consumption above the included allowance may be billed separately. Catamaran timing, routing, and operation are subject to vendor confirmation, weather, sea conditions, and safety requirements. The package includes the listed Goslings experience and lunch at The Swizzle Inn. Beverages at The Swizzle Inn are not included and will be charged separately on consumption. Final inclusions, timing, and availability for third-party experiences are subject to vendor confirmation. Scheduled shuttle transfers are included as outlined in the package. Transportation times, routing, vehicle count, and any waiting time are subject to final guest count, availability, and transportation provider confirmation. Additional transportation requests or schedule changes may result in additional charges. A two-night deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the two-night deposit. Cancellations made outside of the 14-day cancellation window will receive a refund of the deposit.
